Q:Are all sales final?

A: Yes all sales are final! After payments are completed and processing begins, no refunds will be given. Please double check to make sure you have ordered correctly before submitting your payment. If you need to alter or cancel an order please make a request IMMEDIATELY(via Email) before processing begins.

Q: How long are the processing and shipping times?

A: Processing takes 3-5 BUSINESS days (does not include weekends/holidays) If you place an order on a Friday it will not be processed until the NEXT business, which is Monday. If you place an order after 4 PM pacific time on any day, then your order will not begin processing until the next business day. After your order is completely processed it will be shipped out, which usually takes 3 business days, but may vary. ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE!


 

Q: When and how will I receive my tracking number?

 

A: You will receive your tracking number in the email that you've provided after your order has been completely processed and shipped out via USPS. Shipping activity will become available within 24 hours.


 

Q: If my order gets lost in the mail, what should I do?

 

A: We are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or damaged orders. Once the order has been shipped, it is in the care of USPS...contact USPS for any possible solutions on locating your order.
